Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy)

The association of Goshikigahara Forest and Takayama City, the facility manager, retain part of personal information provided to us on the booking form.

Basic policy

(1) We handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Takayama City Personal Information Protection Ordinance.
(2) We use personal information within the range of the purpose of use.

Purpose of use of personal information

(1) We may use your personal information to contact you and your accommodation, or to arrange your accident insurance for the tour.
(2) We may use your personal information to provide you with information on our upcoming tours and events.

Provision of personal information to third-parties

In case of necessity to protect life, body or property of a person and when difficult to obtain your consent, we may provide your personal information to third-parties without your consent in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Article 23, Paragraph 1, Item 2).
